Tina was an amazing help as a first time homebuyer. She walked me and my mom through the process, giving us all of the information we could have asked for. She navigated the sometimes choppy waters regarding disagreements between me and my parents (which I was slightly embarrassed over- but home buying is stressful!!) without a blink. She showed us countless houses and gave her honest assessment of the properties, pointing out issues to be thoughtful of. She helped us navigate putting offers in and provided us guidance on how to negotiate with the sellers. I trusted Tina to accurately convey my messages to the sellers real estate agent and knew her to be extremely professional, warm, and kind with all people she encountered throughout the process.
